Policies + Studio Guidelines
We’re so excited to have you in the studio. Please review the following policies before your class—these guidelines help keep things running smoothly, safely, and enjoyably for everyone.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change—here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work:
• Full Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Studio Credit: After 48 hours, cancellations made at least 7 days before your class will receive studio credit. Credit may be applied toward another class or any purchase on our website.
• Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your class, the following rebooking fees apply:
• 7 days or less: 25% fee
• 3 days or less: 50% fee
• No-Shows: Missed classes without notice are not eligible for credit or refund.
We are not able to offer make-up sessions at this time. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible—we’ll always do our best to help within these guidelines.

STUDIO SAFETY & CONDUCT
For everyone’s safety and comfort, the following guidelines are required:
• Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times
• Long hair must be tied back
• Avoid loose or flowing clothing
• No drugs or alcohol permitted in the studio
• Students must follow all instructor safety guidance
Foxtail Jewelry School reserves the right to remove any student who does not comply with safety protocols. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

MATERIALS & METAL POLICY
• Tuition includes the base materials listed in each class (typically bronze or sterling silver unless otherwise noted)
• Upgrading your casting from Bronze to Sterling silver is available and is priced at current market rate.
• Precious metal upgrades are non-refundable once cast
• Additional materials or upgrades will be charged separately

PUNCTUALITY
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled
• Late arrivals may miss important instruction
• Class time will not be extended for late arrivals

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
• Students are welcome to photograph their own work during class
• Foxtail Jewelry School may photograph or film classes for marketing and educational purposes
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please submit a written request in advance

FINISHED WORK DISCLAIMER
Working by hand is part of the magic—small imperfections are a natural part of the process.
Foxtail Jewelry School is not responsible for:
• Breakage during or after class
• Damage to stones
• Lost or misplaced items

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
• Classes require a minimum number of students to run
• If minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be rescheduled or refunded
